Complaint from Cathy Ecker Maryville, TN4 months agoJust keep finding broken, damaged & unmarked boxes they insisted using that we had to pay for. 1st they dropped freezer, DENIED dented door-refused to report on insurance. Said was like that which it was NOT. After a week found package of meat apparently fell out when drop. Was black and smelled horrible! Keep finding damages to furniture & newly laid hardwood & now china marked-stacked on bottom
